Keep washout area supplied with loaded trailers ready to unload and drive throughout the facility as directed. Perform sanitation duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Transport trailers to and from shaded and washout areas. Verify field ticket information to ensure accuracy. Keep loaded trailers under the shaded stalls with water. Wash down equipment with hose, brush and shovel. Apply appropriate chemicals to appropriate surfaces and equipment. Perform general clean-up of facility and grounds. Perform functions of Washout Operator whenever necessary. Perform other related tasks as assigned by lead or supervisor.
Continuous use of both hands; including grasping, pulling and pushing. Sight, hearing, lifting, standing, climbing stairways, walking and balancing both feet on even and uneven surfaces, bending, twisting, crawling, stooping, kneeling, reaching forward, reaching overhead, reaching below shoulder, wrist turning, neck turning. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to apply 75-100 lbs. of force.
Previous truck driving experience with manual transmission. Ability to safely drive diesel trucks and pull loaded trailers. Ability to read field tickets. Must have the ability to safely grasp 2’’ water hose under pressure (Approx. 60 psi). Must be able to work weekends during Washington/Colorado season or depending on business needs. Must have a valid California Driver’s License with clean DMV driving record. Must pass a drug/ alcohol screen and physical, functional capacity evaluation.
