What you will need:

• High school diploma.
• Farming experience, including the supervision of labor.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Supervisor and/or management experience.
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Position requires employee to live and work in Lee, FL or surrounding area.
• Willing and able to work weekends during certain seasons.
• Ability to travel to local farming locations as needed.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• Four-year college degree in a related major.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.
