What will set you apart:

  • 6 months – 1 year experience as machine harvesting operator.
  • Ability to operate tractors and mechanized harvesting machinery.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

Additional Info

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of organically approved maintenance.
  • Ability to safely operate pickup, trailer, pressure washer, air compressor, and other basic tools.
  • Able to travel out of town depending on business need.
  • Able to travel 5 months out of the year, as required to: Yuma, Coachella & Westmorland
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV driving record.
  • Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
