What will set you apart:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with GeoTab.
• Knowledge of Grimmway operations and facilities.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) and presentation skills.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

What you will need:

• 4 years of fleet safety experience.
• Experience with fleet technology.
• Supervisory and/or management experience.
• Able to overnight travel occasionally with limited advance notice.
• Required to work irregular hours as needed.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

 Total Rewards:             $125,000 - $150, 000 / YEAR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
