What you will need:

 

  • Two years of EHS experience in agricultural farming, food processing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in EHS Safety compliance laws, procedures, and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other similar software programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work different shifts.
  • Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
  • Able to travel to various Grimmway facilities as needed.
  • Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and physical and functional capacity evaluation. Must pass a background check.

 What will set you apart:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS.
  • Training certificates in EHS
  • Basic knowledge in PSM, Cal-ARP, and RMP, and DPR programs.

Benefits

Total Rewards:            $26.00 - $30.00 / HOUR

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
