What you will need:

• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak in both.
• Able to work weekends depending on business needs.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.

What will set you apart:

• High school diploma or GED
• College level courses or bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in farming operations
• Prior supervisory or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in operation of farming equipment
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

        Total Rewards:                   $66,560 / YEAR SALARY

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
