What you will need:

• 4 years of experience in farm management and livestock husbandry, including supervising labor and engaging in the business aspects of the industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adhere to established animal husbandry practices common to the region and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, and directives.
• Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Position requires employee to work in Fish Lake area.
• Available to work weekends depending on business needs.
• Able to travel overnight occasionally.
• Have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• Four-year college degree in a related major preferred, but not required in lieu of direct experience.
• Capable of interacting effectively with employees at all levels.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.
