Building and Grounds Associate is considered entry level maintenance associate with ability to learn general maintenance at an excelled ability. What you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a medium duty refrigerated vehicle and dump truck, required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn how to utilize at a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• A valid class A or B driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• Experience associated with heavy equipment.
• Ability of operate a forklift.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Able to utilize various hardware/software formats and/or learn quickly how technology drives machinery.
• A demonstrated desire to learn and grow with a deep understanding/appreciation of asking for direction and guidance.
• Be flexible and operate under stressful situations
• Willingness to be hands on.
