What you will need:

• Three years of experience working in Fleet Administration and maintenance scheduling.
• Basic understanding of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment in a fleet environment with knowledge to develop daily job plans that accurately estimate labor hours
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and comfort working in a heavily system-dependent environment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

• Ability to confidently interact and work with Management, cross functional teams, vendors and contractors.
• Be organized, detail oriented, and have ability to mutli-task and track multiple projects, schedules and requests simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize needs, recognize resource conflicts and arrive at practical solutions using sound judgement and common sense.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Total Rewards:             $76,000 / YEAR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
