What you will need:

• One year of experience with 12-volt electrical systems and/or successful completion of an acceptable level of electrical education in lieu of experience
• Able to work overtime and weekends depending on business needs
• Able to travel occasionally, some overnight travel outside of Kern County.
• Travel to various farming regions throughout the year to assist and support company Precision Farming operations.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• Previous experience with Precision Farming Technology equipment
• ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
• Able to clearly understand and take directions that are applied to assigned tasks.
• Able to learn new technology-based systems in an “on the Job” training environment.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Total Rewards:                        $16.50- $19.50 / HOURLY

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
