  • Overview



    To assist in the supervision of the Shipping and Warehouse staff and to oversee and coordinate all Inventory product.




    • Assist in the supervision of Shipping and Warehouse Employee’s through proper direction.
    • Work directly with the Shipping Supervisor with the coordination of all inbound and outbound finished product.
    • Keep Manager and Supervisors informed of daily planning based on strategic projections and sales.
    • Communicate with all Inventory crews as necessary to insure proper product storage and rotation to expedite product shipment based on appointments, customer needs and department needs.
    • Conduct periodic Inventory audits.
    • Create, design and maintain Excel spread sheets.
    • Help keep warehouse clean and organized.
    • Communicate with Production, Sales and Transportation Coordinator as needed.
    • Cover other Supervisors shift’s as needed.



    Continuous use of both hands; including grasping, pulling and pushing. Sight, hearing, lifting, standing, climbing stairways, walking and balancing both feet on even and uneven surfaces, bending, twisting, crawling, stooping, kneeling, reaching forward, reaching overhead, reaching below shoulder, wrist turning, neck turning. Must be able to work in a wet, damp environment. Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.

    Additional Info



    • Must have at least 5 years of progressive Shipping and Warehouse experience.
    • Must have strong knowledge of all finished product packed at each Grimmway Production facility.
    • Strong knowledge of GIS system.
    • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel and Word programs.
    • Desire to instruct and lead Employee’s in a professional way.
    • Willingness to support all Shipping and Warehouse activities.
    • Must have excellent attendance with no written warnings.
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must be detailed oriented and possess good analytical skills.
    • Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
    • Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
