Additional Info

What you will need:

  • Ten years of experience in electrical design applications.
  • Experienced manager with at least 8 years of hands-on leadership and management expertise.
  • Thorough understanding of the NEC, GO95, and NFPA 70E codes.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on fostering positive working relationships.
  • Sound decision-making skills and exercises good judgment in complex situations.
  • Ability to travel when needed to various Grimmway facilities.
  • A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation

 

What will set you apart:

  • College degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience with electrical instrumentation, automation controls, design engineering, and drafting.
  • Experience with good manufacturing practices, food safety standards, and all OSHA requirements.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish.

Benefits

Total Rewards:             $100,000 - $140,000 / YEAR

 

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
