What you will need:

• 4 years of experience in farm management and livestock husbandry, including supervising labor and engaging in the business aspects of the industry
• Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Available to work weekends depending on business needs.
• Able to travel overnight, occasionally.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• Four-year college degree in a related major preferred, but not required in lieu of direct experience.

Total Rewards:             $110,000 - $140,000 / Yearly Salary

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
