What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or related field.
• Valid California Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA) License or ability to obtain one within six months of hiring date.
• Knowledge of agricultural pest control and production practices.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Occasional travel, particularly seasonal travel.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• 3-5 years of field experience.
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA).

Total Rewards:             $68,640 - $80,000 / Yearly Salary

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
