Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Ranch Manager to manage organic and conventional farming operations in Imperial Valley area. What you will need:

• 5 years of farm management experience, including the supervision of labor and direct involvement in the business side of the industry
• Ability to work in Imperial Valley or immediate surrounding area.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work weekends during certain seasons.
• A valid Driver’s License and clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.

What will set you apart:

• Four-year college degree in a related major preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.

Total Rewards:                     $90,000 – $120,000 / YEAR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
