What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience coordinating services with different stakeholders
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Live in the Kern County area and work in the Coachella area for approximately four months out of the year during entire winter harvest season. (Housing or housing allowance is provided by the company). No vacation (PTO) will be allowed during this time and excessive unexcused absences will result in either end of assignment or transfer back to Lamont.
• Ability to work extended hours and different shifts. Shift varies depending on needs of irrigation events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

• Experience with farming and irrigation.
• Experience in critical thinking, practicing scientific methods, and inspection activities.

Total Rewards:                        $25.00 - $28.00 / HOURLY

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
