This role requires a strong understanding of product costing, financial modeling, and business strategy. This person must have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across departments. What you will need:

• 4-year degree with concentration in accounting, finance or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems, financial planning software, and visualization tolls.
• Extensive experience with product costing models in and outside of an ERP platform, financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and recommendations derived from data and analysis to senior management.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

What will set you apart:

• Experience with SQL based databases including data mining and report generation using Tableau or equivalent BI tool.
• CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA

Total Rewards:          $140,000 - $170,000 / YEAR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
