What you will need:

• Must have at least five years of Human Resource experience and/or have experience in administrative functions.
• Must have 1-3 years with full-cycle recruiting from initial application to final on-boarding.
• Knowledge of application tracking systems and familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks is a must.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and people skills.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized, and possess good analytical skills.
• Must have a congenial attitude and lead by example.
• Must be dependable and self-directed with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service skills required including a positive attitude and a professional presence for regular interaction with candidates, employees, managers and supervisors, and co-workers.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
• Must pass background check.

What will set you apart:

• Knowledge of company databases including: UltiPro, DocLink, GIS, Kronos and ICIM’s.
• BA or BS degree is preferred.

Total Rewards:          $23.00 - $27.00 / HOURLY

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
