Additional Info

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing omnichannel strategies across B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Expertise in organic and paid social media, influencer marketing, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting both brand storytelling and commercial objectives (e.g., product launches, retail promotions, demand generation).
  • Proficient in social analytics and tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar.
  • Strong content strategy and creative development skills with the ability to brief and collaborate with internal teams and agencies.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to partner cross-functionally across category marketing, sales, eCommerce, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate data into insights and influence senior leadership.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to adapt to evolving digital and retail landscapes.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

Benefits

Total Rewards:          $80,000 - $120,000 / YEARLY

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
