What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting managers.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and work well in a team environment.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Positive attitude with a team mentality
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.
• Flexible and adaptable to change

What will set you apart:

• Farming, food manufacturing experience
• Experience with business intelligence systems, reporting applications
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-national corporate environment.
• Public accounting experience.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish
• Master’s or MBA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Total Rewards:                $150,000-$180,000/ per year

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
