About the Role:

We’re offering an opportunity for a current team member to step into a key role by working as a Production Supervisor where you will be supervising the Production team members, ensuring that all HR, safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation policies are enforced. Will work closely with management team in achieving objectives and working towards continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:

• 2+ years of Supervisory/Management responsibilities
• General knowledge of production operations and techniques
• Self-motivated team player, who is able and willing to coach/train others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Candidates must be eligible to work unrestricted in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience in Food/Beverage production.
• Experience in Lean environment.
• Experience in manufacturing facility.
• Inventory management experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

Starting Wage:              $68,640 - $75,000 / YEAR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
