Additional Info

What you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Five years of accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership developing and managing a company’s fiscal plans and programs.
  • Strong financial analysis skills of Return on Investment (ROI) for capital project planning/approval and asset/land purchases, including assessments and recommendation of timing vis-a-vis overall budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Ability to enhance, develop, implement, and enforce compliance with acceptable standards (i.e. GAAP), rules, regulations, systems of internal control, and company policies and procedures. Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills on complex topics to management team and senior leadership.
  • Must be detailed oriented with an excellent ability to analyze data accurately and think critically in order to point out and/or offer opinions for improved processes and procedures.
  • Strong ability to utilize various hardware/software formats such as, desktop/laptop computers, Microsoft office, Excel, and various general ledger/budgeting software packages.
  • Able to operate in a team environment with a collaborative attitude and effectively lead others. Must exhibit sound judgement and professionalism while being results driven.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to think strategically, multi-task, and set priorities effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and passion for constant improvement.
  • Ability to maintain the company’s confidential and proprietary information.
  • Able to operate with the highest ethics and integrity, at all times.
  • Travel to regional facilities as needed.
  • Some weekend and holiday work may be required. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
  • Must pass background check.

Benefits

Total Rewards:              $135,000 - $160,000 / YEARLY

 

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
