JOB LOCATION:                             MALAGA – CUT PLANT

SHIFT:                                              DAY (4AM-1:30PM)

REPORTS TO:                                 PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We’re offering an opportunity for a current team member to step into a key role by working as a Process Lead responsible for assisting shift supervisor in plant operations and oversee assigned areas.

What You Will Need: 

• Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Must follow company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Must be able to work overtime or Saturdays depending on business need.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

What Will Set You Apart? 

• Forklift certification, a plus.
• High School Diploma, preferred.
• Experience leading in a processing environment, preferred.
• Computer skills, preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skill, preferred.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both is a plus.

Starting Wage:                         $17.50 / HOUR
