Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Assistant Shipping Supervisor responsible to provide supervisory support to shift supervisor and/or cover in supervisor's absence or as needed. What You Will Need:

• Must have a minimum of three years of leadership experience in shipping operations including warehousing, inventory and office knowledge.
• Must have ability to safely drive a forklift.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Must possess good communication skills both verbal and written with mathematical ability.
• Must be detail orientated. 
• Must have ability to instruct and lead employees in the performance of their work.
• Must be willing to travel to Coachella 5 months out of the year (November – March).
• Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of GIS and WMS system preferred.

Total Rewards:            $20.75 - $26.00 / HOUR 

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
