We’re offering an opportunity for a current team member to step into a key role by working as a Sr. Accounting Analyst - Farming responsible for supporting the Farm Accounting team and will utilize their skills and experience to ensure timely/accurate analysis and assist in the effort to ensure accurate financial records. They will take accountability for various segments of the Cost Accounting/Crop Inventory process. This role will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and contribute to the overall success of the department.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, required.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis with increasingly responsible experience, required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP, required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.
• Ability to analyze financial data
• Ability to identify/communicate issues as they arise.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Detail Oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and analysis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Previous Ag/Cost Accounting or Public Accounting experience a plus.
• Previous ERP software experience preferred.

Starting Wage:                         $90,000 - $120,000 / YEAR
