PURPOSE:   Perform all types of heavy line trailer fabrication, service and repairs.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:   In order to stay compliant with our Company Safety Policy, employee(s) accepting this position must agree to the following:   - Applicant must be able to work around paint, freon, oils, outside elements and be capable of properly using any tool necessary to complete the assignment. - These tools will include but are not limited to chop saws, grinders, impact wrenches, circular saws, paint brushes, paint rollers, mechanic hand tools, tire irons, tape measures and others. - May not wear any jewelry that will interfere or pose as a danger to the employee or others and/or violate company GMP’s. - If applicable, must keep any mustache worn, trimmed above lip for use with PPE/masks. - Beards are not allowed for this position. - Perform all types of heavy line trailer fabrication and service and repairs. - Work in confined area, on heavy equipment, mounting and dismounting tires using large hammer bars and heavy impact wrenches and painting equipment. - Perform repairs and maintenance on brakes, axles, wheel-seals, body repairs, roof repairs, panels, tires, welding, and electrical as well as replacing brakes and brake system components. - Replace any and all suspension components and electrical components associated with the trailers. - Prepare trailer records and reports manually. - Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation and inspect and perform work on all working parts. - Perform DOT inspections. - Access any areas of the equipment to perform necessary maintenance. - Lube and repair trailer equipment. - Inform supervisor with current up-to-date information on repair status and possible delays. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:   Ability to work on and build equipment. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to inspect equipment and product. Ability to work outdoors. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Must be able to work in different temperatures (working temperatures as hot as 100° to 110° F and as cold as -20° F to 32° F). Must be able to work in a high noise area. Must be able to move items weighing up to 100 lbs.

PURPOSE:   Prepare Electrical Design Packages and Specifications for material and equipment required as part of Electrical and/or Instrumentation and Controls Systems. Work in conjunction with principal electrical designers, engineers and project managers to help develop all aspects of a project.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:   - Conceptualize plans, details, elevations, and sections, to accurately convey construction or fabrication requirements. - Review and analyze equipment specifications and incorporate into design drawings for proper construction or fabrication. - Work in conjunction with principal electrical designers, engineers and project managers to help develop all aspects of a project. - Read and create Single Line and Three Line Diagrams, including sizing of electrical equipment, conduit and cable. - Read and create Motor Control Schematic diagrams. - Create: Conduit / Cable Schedule Drawings, Electrical Detail Drawings, Electrical Equipment Location and Stub-up Plan Drawings, PLC Panel Layout Drawings, PLC I/O Schematic Drawings, Control System Architecture Drawings, As Built Drawings, Lighting Plans, Grounding Plans. - Prepare designs and specifications for material and equipment required as part of electrical and or instrumentation and controls systems. - Material Procurement and Tracking using inhouse software i.e. Infor. - Interface with engineers and design leads from other disciplines, clients and other disciplines at project meetings and contractors during construction. - Interface with consulting companies as needed to create Electrical Permit Packages. - Estimate job man-hours, schedule accurately and develop installation budgets using in-house estimating software. - Track progress of job from schedule and cost standpoint using inhouse software i.e. Spec Write.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:   Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside food processing facilities (sometimes in narrow passages, in wet areas, climb ladders on to elevated platforms.) Ability to work in different temperatures (as hot as 100° to 110°F and as cold as 32° to -20° F) Must be able to work in high noise area. Must be able to move items up to 50 lbs.
