PURPOSE:
The Maintenance Tech C is considered entry level maintenance with a mechanical aptitude and ability to learn general maintenance at an excelled ability. This position conducts routine general/preventive maintenance such as line lubrications, adjustments, minor repair/replacement of worn belts, parts, or motors. Conducts routine building maintenance and may assist with sanitation duties, painting, and minor building repairs.
PURPOSE:
Assist with oversight of installation, repair and up keep of equipment/machinery and building needs. During peak periods of packaging/processing a maintenance supervisor may be utilized to cover alternative shifts from that of the manager, in-order to ensure maintenance supervision while operating in a multi-shift format. PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of vehicles and farm machinery/equipment. Due to the variety of equipment/machinery this position must have a strong mechanical aptitude. At this level, this position should have a strong understanding for most all equipment/machinery.
